Back Story

Adam "Patches" Buller was born to Ina and Douglas O'Hoolihan, kin to the infamous O'Hoolihan gangsters in Pittenweem, Scotland. From a young age, Adam embraced his criminal roots, performing his first mugging at the age of four in an alley near his home. Full of regret for the life she had given her son, Ina decided that she and Adam should escape to America where they might start a new life.

During registration at Ellis Island, the clerk, when asking for the family name, faintly overheard Adam's mother calling him a "bully" for stealing treats from another child in line and the Buller name was born.

On The Field

Adam's legendary hucks and ground shaking layouts, believed to be the remnants of his formerly violent life, give him a rock solid presence on the field.
